Midland Air Service Experts was excited to volunteer with the Midlands Ride for Kids last month. April 2016 is the second year that Midland Air has participated in this remarkable event that benefits the Pediatric Brain Tumor Foundation, the leading nonprofit supporting research into childhood brain tumors. The raised money funds free education resources, college scholarships for brain tumor survivors, and emergency financial support for families.
Midland Air Service Experts gave $1000 to this incredible cause and the nationwide event has gathered over $500,000. Rebecca Jumper, Midland Air’s PLUS Maintenance Agreement Specialist, has been helping with the event since 2014 and her dad’s riding group rides in the Midlands Ride for Kids every year.
“My dad’s motorcycle group gets involved every year because they can have a good time and ride motorcycles, all for a great cause.” Take a look at Rebecca’s dad below with his 2016 rider:
The generous motorcycle riders may do it for fun, but Midland Air Service Experts isn’t as into the riding part of the event. “We just do it for the kids,” said Rebecca.
