  1. Did the company respond to my request in a timely fashion?
  2. Was the technician who came to my home courteous and knowledgeable?
  3. Did the technician take the proper time to diagnose my situation?
  4. Did the technician explain the ultimate problem to me in a manner I could understand?
  5. Was the technician able to resolve the issue (if the bid was accepted)?
  6. Did the technician present the information clearly in a respectable and patient fashion?
