PRIORITY ONE SERVICE PLAN

The Priority One Service Plan for $99 per year for one A/C system and $79 for each additional A/C system, offers two scheduled inspection checks per year, discounts on repair and replacement, priority service, increased efficiency and more. Preventive maintenance can substantially prolong the life of your home's air conditioning and heating system - saving you money.

Priority One Service Plan Change

  • Spring Inspections will be performed only during the months of March, April, and May

  • Fall Inspections will be performed only during the months of October, November, and December.

  • Please note it is important to have these inspections performed during these months to guarantee your equipment will be functioning properly during the season and to allow us to focus on emergency no cool/heat service calls during the high demand months.


SEMI-ANNUAL INSPECTION PROCEDURES INCLUDE:

Cooling Checkup:

  • Check for adequate refrigerant charge*

  • Check condensing motor voltage and amperage

  • Inspect compressor terminals

  • Inspect capacitors/relays/contactors

  • Check running and starting amperage

  • Rinse outside condensing unit coils

  • Rinse outside condensing unit coils

  • Inspect thermostat

  • Inspect and tighten electrical connections

  • Lubricate outside condensing unit fan motor (if applicable)

  • Inspect primary and secondary drain pans

  • Clear primary and secondary drain lines

  • Inspect evaporator coils (if accessible)

  • Check for air leaks at furnace and coil

  • Inspect air filters

  • Insert algae control tablets

  • Inspect safety controls

  • Measure temperature drop across evaporator coil

  • Inspect indoor blower motor/wheel

  • Check system for proper operation

*Does not include freon

Heating Checkup:

  • Inspect burners, clean as required

  • Inspect pipe and draft diverter

  • Inspect ignition assembly, clean as required

  • Inspect heat exchanger (if accessible)

  • Inspect safety controls

  • Inspect furnace gas valve

  • Inspect gas line and connections at furnace

  • Inspect and tighten electrical connections

  • Light pilot and check unit operation

  • Inspect air filters

  • Check for air leaks at return and supply

  • Inspect heat strips

  • Check heat strip amperage

  • Inspect thermostat

  • Inspect indoor blower motor and lubricate
